1. Where will I go to teach?
All our partner schools are located at big cities within Jiang Su and Henan Province, including universities, colleges, higher schools and primary schools.

2. What are Chinese schools look like?
A typical middle school or primary school has more than 1000 full time students. It is not surprising that within the school, there are 8 and more classes, and each class has 40-60 students. Please browse through our photo gallery to have an idea of the teaching in Chinese classrooms.
3. What are the age group of students?
Most likely students are of year 5-18, but it really depends which school you will go to teach. Chinese children officially start learning English at school from year 3 when they are 9 years old, then all the way to the 2nd year of their university study. Some children start learning at earlier age even from kindergarten time. Some pioneer primary schools teach all subjects in English from for all year group.
4. How can I communicate with local Children?
It is highly likely that the children have already learnt some English. A dedicated coordinator from the school will provide assistance to you while you are in China, not only with teaching, but also, if you need, with your life, such as settle down and travel.
5. What are the school terms in China?
There are two terms in China, summer term from 1st about Feb, winter term from about 15th
6. How far away are the school from my accommodation?
Some schools have purposely built residence hall for foreign teachers on campus, others rent property for TEFL teachers nearby within walking distance to school. In some exceptional cases, you may need to catch a local bus to go to school. Sep to Chinese Spring Festival which is Lunar Calendar ( end Feb) to end of June.
