Due to surge in production demand ,our pellet factory in Port Klang, Malaysia urgently requires a Factory Works Manager.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1.Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule; adjusting schedules as needed; Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;

 

2.Experience with Import/Export procedures

 

3.Estimating costs and setting the quality standards;

 

4.Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment;

 

5.Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers; Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals;

 

6.Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed;

 

7.Supervising and motivating a team of workers; Identifying training needs. Reviewing worker performance;

 

8.Preparation of tender notes, estimates of Capex & Opex and getting the approval of senior management.

 

9.Value and build key contacts in local and international market.  

 

10.Take up possible reverse engineering for any spare parts or engineering of small facilities, which can be done internally without depending on external consultants.
