He has worked in Security, Enterprise Software platforms, Mobile Applications, Mobile Payment Platforms, Networking ASICs and Systems. He has successfully planned and managed large programs with well-defined roles and responsibilities and assessed project risks, issues and planned proactively to mitigate the risks. 

Pravat holds MSEE, University of South Florida, Tampa, USA, and BSEE, IIT, Mumbai, India.

Venkateshan has 10+ years of experience in IT & Telecommunications Industry primarily in Business Analysis, Process Transformation & OSS Solution Design directly engaging with one of world’s largest Telecommunications Service Provider in UK. He has an extensive experience in Requirements gathering, consulting and managing complex business architecture, process & application improvement projects and aligning the improvement strategies with the business goals and priorities and spans across countries such as India, UK, and Australia. His Electronics background provides him a good understanding of various aspects of the production process, and electricals. 

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and a Masters in Business Administration.

Mr. Parag’s business experience spans across Retail, Property, Product Distribution, Product Development and Franchising, where as his professional experience includes corporate banking and corporate IT sales across Australia. Parag is passionate about business development and has a proven track record in relationship management of banking portfolios from $100 Million AUD to $500 Million AUD. He also has a proven track record in analyzing risk, funding large startups, and financial, debt-equity and cash flow management of corporate clients. He has lead end to end sales processes and executed targets with help of well-defined roles and responsibilities.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and a Masters in Business Administration.

Anupam has a proven track record of first pass successes through 14+ years of product management, business development, and project management. He also has extensive experience in building channel partners, supply chains.  Anupam has built and managed successfully talented teams from scratch, defined products ground-up, sold enterprise grade products to Large Financial and Enterprise Companies globally. Prior to Biom Energy, Anupam has founded and managed several Technology companies from grounds-up and led multi-location, multi-national, multi-cultural development teams and holds several US Patents.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering.
