VAT at the standard rate is applicable to all prices.

Our standard hire period is 3 days (72 hours) unless agreed otherwise in advance. To increase the rental period to 7 days, please add 50% to the prices. For longer hire, please ask us for a quote.  

All glassware may be returned ‘dirty’ / used and no extra charge will be made for this. Please ensure that used glasses are placed upright in the glass jack carrier, not facing down. Glassware breakages or missing items will be charged at the following per item:

Shot Glass including Jaeger Polycarbonate Shot Glass - £0.50

Standard Wine Glass, Half Pint, Pint, Clear Glass Tumblers, Polycarbonate Half Pint/Pint & tumblers, Polycarbonate Bomb Cup - £1.00

Elongated Tumbler, Teardrop Flute - £1.50

Clear Glass Tumbler 450 ml, Polycarbonate Wine Glass - £2.00

1 Litre Carafe / water jug , Polycarbonate Jug - £6.00

Glass Jack Crates - £12.50 for any damaged or missing crates.

Please do not replace damaged or missing items as they will not match and will still be charged for at the above prices.

Fridges will need to stand for at least 3 hours before plugging in and switching on

We will show you how to operate any equipment so that you are competent in their use. We’ll also set up (if required) any bars or equipment if we deliver items.

All other equipment (loss or damage) will be charged at the repair or full replacement cost. Replacement costs can be advised by email in advance if required.

Delivery & Collection are charged depending upon distance from CW7 2RB at £0.50 per mile each way:
