SuperCool use of Crossfade

Here's a modern site, very modern. Very slick and very much on trend. Raw Talent Booking Agency from New Zealand used Rollover for the band name links. It looks like they've used transparent .png's for the Start Images and, Crossfade for the transition and then they've blurred the image slightly for the End State. Cool, no doubt about it.
