Head Practice Nurse

Faye qualified as a veterinary nurse in 1996 and has been working for Blythwood for 7 years. She enjoys all aspects of veterinary nursing and has a keen interest in diabetic management so if you have a diabetic pet it may be Faye who teaches you how to inject your pet! As well as the day to day running of the Pinner surgery Faye is also responsible for completing the Pinner surgery insurance claim forms so if you have any queries regarding any aspect of insurance please feel free to get in touch. Outside work Faye’s time is taken up by her lovely lurcher Eddie who needs lots of exercise and by travelling including to South Africa, Mauritius & India.

Head Nurse

Carly started working as a kennel girl when she was 15 and qualified as an RVN 3 years ago. Carly owns 3 dogs, 2 cats, 4 ferrets and 2 snakes! And has a strong interest in exotics, and hopes to one day gain the nursing exotic certificate. She has recently moved to Hertfordshire, after working at a 24hr hospital in Essex. Carly volunteered at an animal charity called The Esther Honey Foundation earlier this year for 1 month in the Cook Islands (Near NZ).

Veterinary Nurse

Lisa is our newest member of our nursing team who started in February 2012. She enjoys all aspects of her work, particularly surgery. Lisa qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in November 2010. She has a horse, a dog, a gecko, and two sheep one is called Alan. In her spare time Lisa enjoys caring for her animals and spending time at the stables with her horse.

Veterinary Nurse

Lucy joined the Blythwood team in February 2011. She is the head nurse at our Stanmore branch and can also be found two days a week at our Bushey branch. She has two young children (Elizabeth & Phillip), a young cat called Merlin, a dog called Arthur, a Russian Hamster called Holly and a goldfish called Fred. When not working Lucy spends her time doing as many actives with her children as possible and taking walks in the park.

Veterinary Nurse

Laura is a multi talented Nurse working at both our Bushey and Pinner surgeries on a part time basis. Laura has become a very helpful and flexible member of the team. She has two young children so fits her working around school times. Laura has her Pet Insurance Advisor certificate and has also attended customer service skills lectures.
